Customer Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st September 2026
Kalyana Matching Solution serves as a platform that connects customers with verified wedding service providers and matrimonial services. We do not directly provide wedding services, nor do we act as a party to any agreement entered into between customers and vendors.
1. Vendor Services
Payments made directly to wedding vendors, including but not limited to venues, caterers, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, decorators, and other service providers, are non-refundable through Kalyana Matching Solution.
Any refund requests, disputes, cancellations, or service-related issues must be discussed directly between the customer and the respective vendor according to the vendor's own terms and conditions.
Kalyana Matching Solution shall not be responsible for refunds relating to services provided by third-party vendors.
2. Matrimony Connection Fees
Where applicable, fees paid to unlock contact details, communication features, or premium matrimonial services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, used, or access has been granted.
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Kalyana Matching Solution.
3. Duplicate Payments
Customers who are accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction may request a refund within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Technical Errors
If a payment is successfully processed but the purchased service is not delivered due to a technical issue caused by Kalyana Matching Solution, we will investigate the matter and either:
- Provide the purchased service; or
- Issue an appropriate refund.
5. Fraudulent Transactions
Any suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transaction must be reported immediately.
Kalyana Matching Solution reserves the right to investigate all claims before approving any refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within fourteen (14) business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Policy Changes
Kalyana Matching Solution reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website.
