    Questions from vendors

    Who can register as a vendor?
    Any wedding or event business serving couples in Malaysia or Singapore, including venues, caterers, photographers, decorators, bridal wear, makeup artists and planners.
    What documents do I need?
    A PDF or photo of your business registration, such as your SSM certificate. Adding your SSM number is optional and shows an SSM Registered badge on your profile.
    When does my profile go live?
    The KMS team reviews every application. Once your business is approved, your profile is published in the services directory.
    Is there a fee to join?
    Registration is free. Verification is subject to KMS review and approval, and annual subscription fees apply upon successful verification. KMS does not charge commission fees, referral fees, or sales-based percentages on transactions between vendors and customers.
    Can I list under more than one category?
    Yes. Select every category and service that applies. The number of categories shown on your profile depends on your plan.
    How do couples contact me?
    Couples send enquiries from your profile and you see them in the Enquiries section of your vendor panel. Your phone, WhatsApp and website details are also shown on your profile.
    Can I update my details later?
    Yes. Sign in to your vendor panel to edit your business details, location, services and photo gallery at any time.
    I already have a member account. Can I use it?
    Yes. When you are signed in as a member, your contact details are filled in for you. Create a separate vendor username and password to manage your business profile.
